It is not at all surprising that in a time of instability, Disney is going to have a couple years of tried and true options here.

Personally I can't stand the live action remakes and think they are lame cash cows so I'm not fully disagreeing or anything, but I think it is unfair to say Inside Out 2 (a movie that has been in the works for ages and comes off the back of the completely original Inside Out, which was very well set up for a natural sequel) is the same as Toy Story 5 (which is yes, just a way to make a hit).

I think Cruella 2, IO 2, the Tower of Terror movie, potentially the second Zootopia all have a lot of promise. And of course Elio is fully original.

But you know what I have two little girls who are going to absolutely love Frozen 3 and not every movie has to be some big event, I don't hate that they are making more of what kids love.[/quote]
