Full pay helps![/quote] I don't know why this is your hill but, not really accurate. There is an in-state preference, but most CSU are in-state simply because they get minimal out-of-state interest. SDSU and Cal Poly SLO are both 15% out-of-state and at SLO that's only 1% international. Those are the difficult admits, the rest are pretty much open arms. Plenty of other reasons they might be of no interest, but they are an option, and most are far better than Chapman.[/quote]
