My DH goes to a female barber who mostly does men’s hair and children’s hair, but she also does house calls for older people. It’s not something she advertises but she’s always willing to help out older people so people know about her by word of mouth. Someone like that who rents a chair in a small salon might have good advice- they are usually pretty tied into the beauty community since they’re often changing shops.[/quote]
