I had my cholesterol re-tested this week and it is down so much!!! Total is down over 50 points (to 229), my triglycerides are way down, although both still high they are much closer to normal (I may have some genetic preposition for it). Chol/hdlc ratio is in normal range, hdl is only 2 pts above normal range.

I'm thrilled! I see the doc next month and we'll see what they say-I would like to lose 10 more lbs and retest in 3 months, but if they think I need to start a med, I will. But reading the report-it seems to be not far above normal range, and way less than it was!

I'm so glad I tried Wegovy. I've had minimal side effects, I've lost weight, my cholesterol is down and the 'food noise' is under control. I eat normal, healthy foods at normal, appropriate portions. My 2023 health journey is ending on a positive note.[/quote]
