If it's safe, I may go 5-10mph but never more. And, yes, stay to the right. People who have issues with that are nuts. People who drive exactly the speed limit are mildly annoying (people are busy and stressed, driving 5mph over won't garner a ticket or cause an accident) but only mildly so. Moderately so if they make you miss a long light you'd otherwise have made.[/quote]
