They move slow and essentially will wait till a direct crime is committed. They are “solution oriented” which means lots of diplomatic BS that wastes time and puts the offending student and faculty face to face. When his female colleague was threatened with rape they still were PITA about it and wanted all this effort from the woman. She said nope, sent to cops and pressed charges and forced university to act. [/quote]
