Some thing that is in smaller portions or can be portioned out and frozen would be very helpful.[/quote] +1 It’s really hard to wrangle gigantic frozen tins of casserole, lasagna etc, so those just kind of stay in the freezer, and you feel guilty for being ungrateful every time you see it, until you stop seeing it and it just continues to stay in the freezer. Even the ones that are not pre-frozen…don’t give the recipient that extra work of possibly having to buy freezer-safe containers in order to separate things out into freezer-safe containers they may not already have. That’s a lot of bandwidth they don’t have right now.[/quote]
