I am voting for Romney. I was an avid supporter of Obama in the last election. I think there is an impression that if you don't support Obama, you are racist. Your arguments against Romney are lame.
The argument is not that not supporting Obama makes you a racist. It's a combination of pointing out that some racists who oppose him use racist arguments against him, and that some more sophisticated opponents, whether racist or not, use subtle appeals to racism in their arguments. As to Romney, you may be right that he'd be a better Pres than Obama, but I think you have to admit that it's something of a shot in the dark given that his positions change so much. Right now, for example, he is emphasizing that he is not opposed to abortion in cases of rape, incest, or the mother's health being in danger, whereas a few months ago he was saying that he would sign legislation that personhood begins at conception, which would make abortion illegal in all those cases. Rather than list the other flips, it would be shorter to list the policies on which he has been consistent: . Okay, that empty list was a joke (I think). But most of the "lame" arguments on DCUM are more joke than argument. I think that's hard to avoid, because so little is known about what he would actually do as Pres.
Oh, don't argue with this guy. He does this every week or so. He posts saying he's an Obama supporter, he's not voting for him this year, and then says something wingnutty that is clearly not coming from a disillusioned Democrat. It's his personal disinformation campaign and it's childish.
