That said, exercise is great for mental health which supports healthy habits overall including how much goes in the gob. Further ballet type exercises and stretches build muscle strength and especially core strength and balance which will both drive metabolism and increase insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism, and also set you up for fitness in middle and elder age.
