It's about an hour of class (with camera on) and you have to participate. 1 hour of physical activity (you'll need a fitbit or something to keep HR at certain levels for certain times), and 30-60 min. of HW. In 10, you'll also have driver's ed, with some additional requirements. Class lasts about 4 weeks and if you're on vacation and do it, it's a pain to get up early for class and to work out when you'd rather sit on the beach. But, it is what it is. And worth it for kids who hate PE or want to clear electives. [/quote]
