[/quote] This is OP and I've never heard of The Unhoneymooners but it sounds like a fun read in these hard times! Big fan of Sedaris from way back - and loved Bridget Jones back in the day, too. It's interesting that you find it sad now, instead of funny, PP - this is what aging does to us, doesn't it! I was just thinking the other day how now I find all the "terrible" parents on beloved TV shows to be mostly in the right - Emily Gilmore and Henry Spencer, specifically. [/quote]
