[/quote] Location is everything, that is why one pays a million (for example) for a TH in say NW DC, North Arlington, Bethesda, rather than paying half that to live in say Groveton or Huntington, or in the middle of nowhere somewhere. Frankly, as someone who has lived in several countries in the past, I don't get the US focus on suburbia (living in the middle of nowhere, having to drive to get to anything and etc to live in a SFH). Nowhere i have been to is it like that except here[/quote]
