Another time a customer was having an extreme argument with the front desk.  I don't recall what the customer's issue was, only that I could hear the yelling clearly from my darkened treatment room.  Needless to say it wasn't very relaxing.  My biggest complaint, though, is that I was never able to get anything to submit to insurance from them, only a receipt, which insurance wouldn't take because it didn't have the reason for the acupuncture on it.   I'd still guardedly recommend it because it's so convenient, and I'm assuming my experiences are not common ones.
