Everyone was supportive - it didn’t matter who could do what. I do solidcore now and it’s amazing and (I think) lots of fun. You could try one of the beginner classes if you have any interest; I think it’s especially great for middle-aged women with all the core work and how joint-friendly it is. I’m 47 and there are plenty of us suburban moms there![/quote]
