Honest question…I am new to this forum and wanted to know why does everyone talk about Pitt and apply to Pitt?. Any insight would be helpful. Btw, I have a sophomore in high school.
Pittsburgh is a GREAT town for a young person. I went to grad school there. TONS of things to do. Relatively safe and low'ish cost of living. And with several universities in the city, there are lots of young people around. Plus, it's only 4 hours from (3.5 if you drive fast with no traffic) so it's a doable drive: 270--> 70--->Breezewood--->Pa turnpike. Done.
