If the kids sneaks out of his house and stay with a friend instead, what is he going to do about it? What if the kid is supposed to go to Dad's house from school, and doesn't show up? Your STBX probably thinks you are the enemy here, but really, with kids this age, it's outside your control. You need to document very carefully that you've done everything you're supposed to do re: custody. Like if you drop a kid off at his house, take a picture every time.
