You are probably one of their ahole drivers who knows exactly what they're doing by cutting up because you don't want to wait and then try to cut over in order to get in front of everyone else in order to make a turn.  If you knew you needed to make a right turn, why weren't you preemptively all the way in the right lane way beforehand so they you could get into the turn lane as soon as it started rather than try to cut in front of everyone?
