[/quote] It is not that simple... at least for US citizens. We were going to keep my 10th grade niece for a school year while her out of state family was going through a really rough time. FCPS said she could not enroll in school here unless I became her legal guardian. Frankly, I would be really pissed if FCPS did not require the same hoops for a kid from another country.[/quote]
