Well, for my older one - He is the first child and we did not know much at that time. After he went through 4 years of center program there, I don't see much difference between local and center program except the center program has far more Asian students (just like TJ). And most of my younger one's friends stayed for local level 4, which mattered to my daughter. [/quote]
