It doesn't transfer to a DIL problem who must allocate her time to ensure "fairness" to the grandparents ignoring how she wants to spend her time. Its a DIL problem if they block access for an unreasonable reason, its a DS problem if he doesn't care about facilitating a relationship[/quote]
