That house needs some serious renovation/upgrades. It looks nice on the outside and has imo a nice backyard. However, interior is another story. The dark wood trim everywhere looks meh/really old imo and really darkens the place too.

The dark wood trim is actually faithful to the period (1910s-1940s?). [b]If you don't like it, you can hire a painter for $2,000[/b], not $200k, to paint the trim white.
