[/quote] Total BS. my life changed when I got orthotics, and insurance covers a pair every year. Get one for running and one for dress shoes and you will likely find that everything is easier and less painful. The orthopedist told me that the SuperFeet arch support I'd had was too inflexible, and that was why I was getting additional pain. That might not affect everyone, but it's not uncommon. I also wear Hokkas, recommended from The Running Company (I think that's what they're called) in DC. They are great recommenders, but I bet there are other good ones as well. [/quote]
