There aren’t enough publicly owned buildings (schools and libraries.) other states that rent out churches have to pay excessive amounts of money to do so. This really isn’t a problem. It’s once every four years in March. They moved primaries to the third week in June two years ago so I doesn’t conflict with school and that’s been great.
