Just a little more about me, not sure if this will help others. 
I am AMA with DOR. I started with DF in 2019, had success on my third egg retrieval/2nd FET (had either no normal PGS or 1 normal PGS from each cycle). My child is happy and healthy. 
We want a second, so I went back to DF last year, did 4 more retrievals, either ended up with no eggs (empty follicles), or few eggs that either didn't fertilize or grow past day 3. After much research, I decided to give CCRM Nova a try though they were more expensive. Did my first retrieval with CCRM, to my surprise, I had 4 follicles, all had eggs. Out of 3 mature eggs, all 3 fertilized, all 3 made it to blasts though they only biopsied 2 high grades for PGS. Because of my recent track record where what little embryos I had couldn't even get pass day 3, I am extremely nervous, every step we pass is a miracle...[/quote]
