[/quote] OP already exercises. It’s ridiculous to tell her to stop exercising as that’s part of overall healthy living. She needs to choose better exercise, like heavy weight training and HIIT. Endless cardio won’t do much but those two, in addition to controlling calories and eating the right foods, will help her achieve her goals and have a healthy body at the end (not just be skinny-fat).
