[/quote] I think it is age and hormone changes. I didn’t lift weights or go to the gym at all for 8 years while I was pregnant or home with young kids. My arms didn’t get flabby at all. Not lifting weights for one month is not the culprit to you getting flabby arms and fat pockets [/quote]
