Obviously there’s speculation, people don’t want to face Occam’s Razor that maybe there is an actual problem with theft. Why is the CVS at the Target across the street is so much better shape? CVS execs literally name-checked the CoHi CVS on a recent earnings call to blame for shrinkage.

It's been in dire shape forever, yet corporate keeps it alive and drastically under-staffed for no good reason.

Anyways, here's a good discussion among the normies who actually use the CVS in CoHi. Lots of suspicion that CVS is using the store to create losses to offset tax liabilities. It's not a terrible presumption.
