I doubt there's any state in the union that doesn't have a fair number of people with flag or outline tattoos. It helps if you've got an attractive flag/clear symbol. Other than DC, I've lived in NC, Chicago, and Rhode Island and encountered state/city flag tattoos in all three.[/quote]
I’ve never seen or heard of a single person with a Virginia state flag tattoo. Not saying that it doesn’t happen, because there are all sorts of idiots out there, but just that if there are people with them it’s limited to a small fringe. [/quote]
