I also used 4 T butter + 4 T shortening for the dough instead of 1 stick of butter. I added 2 t chai spice blend to the cookie dough and for rolling, I used 2 t chai spice blend + 1/4 c sugar. They came out really good with some spice to it. The cardamom flavor is delish. Very nice with a cup of tea. [/quote]
