Well, it's a new test that hadn't been used before a year or two ago, and there was no basis for comparison. It seems to have much higher expectations than the PARCC which was a national test, but it also seems like the state is trying to improve it. Unfortunately, it will take several more years for that to have meaningful results. [/quote]

It's good in spirit, but I really wish they'd share calibration information to help people understand what the scores mean. The verbiage they publish is uselessly fuzzy. They need to publish a slate of sample questions that each score level answer correctly, and correlate scores to other tests. [/quote]
