But some schools don't let you apply for FA later if you dont do it first year. Anyway, I called every school in the top 20 that were need blind and asked. There are 100-120 need blind schools so there may be some that do, but I think it's logical to assume if HYP are need aware for waitlist, then schools without that kind of endowment are too.
