Trupanion has been great. Note that they do not cover the exam portion of any incident, but they cover everything else. They totally came through for us for my dog's chemo, an emergency splenectomy, a dental abscess...saved me tens of thousands of dollars. They are very easy to deal with. At most area specialty/emergency vets, they will let the vet know directly during checkout what they will cover and you only pay the difference, rather than having to pay the huge bill and wait for reimbursement.[/quote]
