I get nervous on interviews too. It sounds like you are taking the steps to be well groomed. Your attitude and answers are more important. What I did was I googled common interview questions relevant to that field and pasted them into a document. Then I thought about my answers. I wrote some notes of things I could say for each question. Then I practiced by looking down at the questions, then look up, NOT reading the answers but rephrasing it in my own words, so I was more spontaneous. I recorded myself and then listened to it. It would be easier of course if you could just do that with another person.

Make sure you have a couple of points you know you want to bring up and try to figure out how to work them into the answers. It could be about your volunteer work, your enthusiasm, an educational achievement, prior work experience.

I'm not saying for you to sound overly rehearsed. You just don't want to hear a question and then be surprised and start going "ummmmm." You want to have your go-to stories and points you want to hit, that are flexible enough that they can answer several of the most common questions, so that you always have something you can say with confidence.
