[/quote] +1 I have two dogs myself and am a landlord who rents to tenants with one or two dogs; there’s not going to be anywhere who will rent to you with three dogs. I would stay where you are and renovate with an eye to staying on one level as much as you can, while your youngest finishes college and until you have two or fewer dogs.[/quote]
