What about careers that do require education and training (i.e., teachers, social workers, professors, scientists, nurses, EMTs, etc)? Should they be able to receive a living wage? Not everyone can or wants to work in tech or big law. And you know, we need these professionals in order for society to function. [/quote]

Those jobs DO pay a living wage. "Living wage" does not equal a SFH in FCPS.[/quote]
