If it's just "this is a value we want the kids to start thinking about and we'd like parents to reinforce at home" I don't think it's a big deal. If it's like your 2 yr old is going to "get in trouble" every time she hugs a classmate without asking first, then yes that would be ridiculous and I'd consider moving. Moving daycares is a pain though, so I'd give it some time to see if this is actually an issue or maybe just one teacher handling one incident in a less than ideal way. [/quote]
