Just more proof to me that keto and fad diet people just engage in disordered eating.[/quote] OP didn't say egg whites. She's eating 2-3 eggs with her salad, and that's too much. Olive oil is highly caloric, with 1 tbsp coming in at 120cals - I guarantee OP is pouring more than 1tbsp into her salad. So is half an avocado when you combine it with her mid-day snack which is not needed, keto or not. If you think her salad comes in at only 400 cals that tells me you don't know how to eyeball portion sizes. [/quote]
