I used noom after my second and it took about three months. I just had my third nine weeks ago and I’m still 5-6 pounds over the weight I was pre-pregnancy. I breastfed all my kids and I don’t think it helped or hurt with weight loss. My body just resets at a higher weight than I want to be after pregnancy and I have to work hard to lose the weight.
