So I could buy enough brisket for 20 or I could buy enough brisket for 12 and enough salmon for 8. And the latter wouldn’t be more work or more money, as opposed to if I cooked in which case 2 entrees would be twice the work. We will definitely have kugel because my own children love it, but in the package it is sold as a “side”. [/quote]
