If the ^PP had bothered to read the article, it says , "survey of 10,000 licensed drivers and compared all 50 states across nine key metrics." The licensed driver would indicate what state they live in, not what state they were driving in when they became aggressive while driving. VA drivers aren't living up to their motto of "VA is for lovers". I guess it could be "lovers of driving aggressively, yelling at people and flipping them off".[/quote]
