[/quote] +1 We are in the mid-60s but live in a very walkable area. Our house is a third of a mile from the edge of the restaurants/shopping so we just miss the quarter mile cutoff for a higher walkability score. We moved from someplace .4 miles away that had a walkscore of 95+ but we still feel like we are almost as walkable as our old place - just a few blocks more than before.[/quote]
