I'm surprised at how much more full I am, and for how long, compared to if I just eat a burger in say a lettuce wrap. I think all the gelatin seems to be helping my hair and nails, too. I am doing a few PSMF days a week, rest low carb, and strength training, so far so good. According to my mom, a lot of people used gelatin in the 70s and common diet foods were cottage cheese or hamburger patties, so, pretty similar. [/quote]
