Definitely bring a jacket and sweater to layer over as well.

I'd also leave room to shop a little. I found great things in Oslo and Stockholm and Malmo. Copenhagen has great shopping but the exchange rate currently sucks there so I'd try to do your shopping in Norway and Sweden where your money will go further. Amazing sweaters, plus I found some cute dresses and interesting jewelry.[/quote]

My sister lives in Sweden and this is good advice. For cities, narrow shaft  boots, sneakers, some sweaters, some jeans, and a dress or two. Layer as needed. [/quote]
