I do Dysport (same as Botox, but it lasts longer on me) for my )( lines.  I started out needing it every 4 months, but now I can go 6 months between injections.

I've heard great things about Fraxel and will probably do that when the time comes, but I don't think I need it now.

As for skin care, I use Neutrogena facial wash.  In the morning I use MD Forte Facial Lotion III (I started using I and worked up), which I originally bought from the derm and now order online.  It's a high-grade gycolic acid.  I really feel like it's one of the best skin care products out there and I've tried just about all of them.  On top of the MD Forte, I use a daily sunscreen (currently using Glytone but I also sometimes use Neutrogena).  In the pm, I use Retin-A, another product I'm a huge fan of.  It took me months to work up to being able to tolerate it daily, but it's really improved my skin.  I usually put a Vanicreme moisturizer over the Retin-A.  My skin is smoother and clearer than it's been in  years and I really think it's from the gycolic acid (which exfoliates) and the Retin-A (which promotes the formation of new skin cells).  [/quote]
