I know that for a small club, it’s a sore topic that they always seem to get shafted with relegation or when brackets are added or contracted, even if they do better than other big club teams. So some of their teams are in a lower bracket than teams they beat in the previous season. Does NCSL promote or relegate more fairly?[/quote]
