It’s fantastic!

I started watching The Challenge at season 35—and then I went back and watched some of the older seasons, none of them in order. So no, you don’t need to have watched from the beginning. If you want my recommendation for a good season to start with, I’ll say season 25 (Free Agents).

The Challenge USA is just a spin-off of the flagship show, but it’s got the same host and many of the same players. This season looks to be SO GOOD. I’d definitely watch if you can.
