It’s not really known as a happy school. It’s full on 24/7. Pittsburgh is a nice city so there’s that. And CMU grads do get the good jobs. But it’s a long four years. Purdue is more sane. And it’s great for engineering. Think they’ve produced more astronauts than any other school. But it’s in Indiana. Not the most beautiful campus. It’s got a good vibe though. Strong sense of community. Academically you’d be fine at either. CMU will have more prestige but Purdue more than holds its own. And in engineering it doesn’t matter that much where you went to school, only what you did I don’t know anything about Lehigh [/quote]
