If the video showed them walking calmly (perhaps the guy was too scared to resist at that point!) it would be a logical assumption that they were together.  Something bad clearly happened from there.

If you know the area, there's no reason other than a pre-meeting for something that the victim would even be on that side of the street.  TWU is a clear walk up the eastern side of Michigan to the metro[/quote]

Although unless he knew to access Metro under the area by the ArtsWalk, being on the CUA side of the street to get to the station entrance on McCormack Ave is not a big deal.  Less crowded too away from all the morning people at Starbucks.  [/quote]
