I am not accusing them of being ponzi, just saying it feels very ponzi. In my experience they were on us for the 9k required to begin cycle, but then did not record it and had multiple staff tell us we needed to do it when we came in for monitoring. We did receive our reimbursement this week, more than a month after it was "in the mail." Good luck to all.[/quote]
