[/quote] How are you the breadwinner by 60k but a job that's you guess would make "about the same as I do" is only a 25k bump? It sounds like you're preemptively devaluing the positives of this job (money, title, growth potential, his mental health) because you're fixated on how it might inconvenience you. Not a great look. Wait until the offer is made and encourage him to negotiate ($$ and in person requirement) at that point. Don't just sit around stewing about how you might have to step up in another area if he gets a better job.[/quote]
